Standard is during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

1) Turnaround times are indicative and subject to change. External factors such as shipping  time and availability of spare parts can affect the total turnaround.


Economy Data Recovery Service:
De Economy service includes:
• Free Diagnosis
• No data, no fee
• Submission of cases during office hours
• Bring your own case or send it to our Rotterdam Laboratory.
• Diagnosis in our own laboratory
• Diagnosis and Recovery work during office hours
• Diagnosis Turnaround 6-10 days
• Turnaround recovery from 15 days

Economy service is exclusive of shipping and delivery media (data carrier for return data). Allready opend discs cannot be handeld in the Economy Recovery service.

 
Standard Data Recovery Service:
De Standard Service includes:

  • Submission of cases during office hours
  • Pick-up service throughout The Netherlands.
  • Consulting you on what information the most important is.
  • Regular feedback on the recovery path
  • Diagnostics and Recovery work during office hours
  • Diagnosis in our own laboratory
  • Diagnose Turnaround 2-5 working days.
  • Recovery Turnaround 2-10 working days.
  • Donor / spare parts are charged

The Standard Service includes standard Pick-up service, but excluding shipping, return media (data carrier for return data).


Priority Data Recovery Service:
De Priority Service includes:

  • Submission of cases during office hours
  • Pick-up service throughout The Netherlands, next working day delivery at our Rotterdam Laboratory before 12 am.
  • Diagnosis starts within 1 hour on arrival in our Rotterdam Laboratory.
  • Monitoring of the case by dedicated Case Manager.
  • Consulting you on the most critical data to be recovered first
  • Regular feedback on the recovery path
  • Diagnosis and Recovery work during office hours
  • Diagnosis in our own laboratory
  • Diagnose Turnaround 1-4 working days.
  • Recovery Turnaround 1-10 working days.
  • Donor / spare parts are calculated.

The Priority Service includes Priority Pick-up service, standard shipping, but not return media.


Emergency Service 24/7:
De Emergency Service 24/7 includes:

  • Submission of cases 24/7.
  • 24/7 Courier Pick-up service possible, usually within 1 hr
  • Diagnosis starts within 1 hour on arrival in our Rotterdam Laboratory.
  • Monitoring of the case by dedicated Case Manager.
  • Consulting you on the most critical data to be recovered first
  • Regular feedback on the recovery path
  • Diagnostics and Recovery work 24/7
  • Diagnosis Turnaround A.s.a.p. We work 24/7 on your case.
  • Possibility to switch to Standard Data Recovery Service after diagnosis
  • Donor / spare parts are calculated.

The Emergency Service 24/7 includes Priority Pick-up service, standard return shipping, but not return media. Express courier surcharge on application.
