Notes to the recovery pricing
(1) Recovery pricing strongly depends on required parts and labor (except Economy service, this service has a fixed price), only after diagnosis we can give you a good indication of the total cost required to recover the data. Prices stated here are not definitive,; rather these are indications based on past experience and are therefore subject to change depending on actual cost incurred on case per case basis. These prices are based on the precondition that the disks have not been physically opened yet by you or a third party. If the disks have already been physically opened, extra charges will be involved as it will take extra effort to perform a diagnosis and/or recover the data.
(2) RAID (0-50) Server, IDE, SATA, SCSI, SAS, External configuration that consist of more than 1 Disk, falls under the RAID pricing.
