3 steps for Data Recovery

Our 3 steps for a successful Data Recovery project:

No Data? No Recovery Fee!

1. Diagnosis

To request a diagnosis you can fill in this request form. You will receive an e-mail from us. When you requested for pick-up we will contact you accordingly. Make sure you have a firm packaging for your data carrier as described in the Packing Instruction

2. Pricing

After we finished the diagnosis on your data carrier, you will receive a non-committal price offer for recovery. The prices offered depend on the work we need to accomplish to make your data available again. Usually this offer will contain a listing of the files which we think will be available to recover. Unfortunately in some cases due to technical circumstances the listing will not be possible to create.

3. Recovery

If you agree to the quotation we will start the data recovery.
Only when the recovery is successfully ended you pay for the recovery costs.
You will not need to pay for the recovery in advance of the diagnosis process but only after the work has been done. This will provide you with a clear overview of the costs.
No workable data? No recovery costs!
